Currently, Fitmeasy ships products only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, the Company reserves the right to expand or restrict shipping locations at any time without prior notice.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders placed on:

• Sundays
• National holidays
• During promotional sales

may require additional processing time.

Fitmeasy reserves the right to delay order processing in case of:

• product availability issues
• verification requirements
• unforeseen operational disruptions


SHIPPING PARTNERS

To ensure efficient delivery across India, we work with third-party logistics providers and shipping aggregation platforms including:

NimbusPost

These platforms may assign courier partners such as national or regional logistics companies to complete the delivery.

Fitmeasy reserves the right to use any courier partner, logistics company, or shipping platform in the future without prior notice.


DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.

Typical delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are only estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

• courier delays
• weather conditions
• government restrictions
• natural disasters
• incorrect shipping address

Fitmeasy shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or external circumstances.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

Fitmeasy reserves the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or unverifiable.

Repeated COD order rejections by customers may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.


LOST, DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS

If you receive a shipment that appears:

• tampered
• opened

please record an unboxing video immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper proof or reported after the specified time may not be accepted.

Fitmeasy’s decision regarding replacement or refund in such cases will be final.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Fitmeasy will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
