Refund policy

Fitmeasy Ayurveda offers OTC (Over-The-Counter) wellness products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products cannot be resold once opened.

No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns on products once delivered.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear unboxing video

  • Provide clear images showing the issue

Requests sent without proper proof may not be approved.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway.

Return Shipping Charges

In approved replacement cases, return shipping charges will be borne by Fitmeasy Ayurveda.

Damaged Product Claims

Claims for damaged items must be supported by an unboxing video recorded from the beginning without pause. Claims without video proof may not be entertained.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
